Volunteer Covenant—All lunch helpers should read and sign the Volunteer Covenant and hand the completed form in to the school office.
Background Check Form—Click here for a link to the Background Check Form. Please return completed form to Mrs. Connor. The Charter ID for Corpus Christi is 11, and the Charter ID for St. Mary’s is 56. You can put both numbers on the form if you are from St. Mary’s. Lunch Helpers working in the Kindergarten classes will need to have a Background Check completed.
